If you have attempted to import a company onto your account but are then presented with the message:
"Sorry, we cannot import this company as it is already in our database...", then the company in question is already on our system but located in another account.
Generally this tends to be either an old email account of yours with a previous email address, another officer of the company, an accountant or somebody that assisted you with the incorporation of the company.
If you require the company to be transferred, we will need written permission from the current account holder. Please ask them to email email@example.com specifying the name of the company and the email address for it to be transferred to. If this cannot be accomplished, then please contact the same email address requesting further instructions to how to transfer.
